Shipping and Delivery Policies:
All orders are shipped FOB our Toronto warehouse. If you have special rates with you own courier, we can ship via Third Party Billing to enable you to receive the benefits of your own rate package. Otherwise, we will ship via our courier of choice and add the freight charge to you order. Please note that we have judiciously chosen the most economical service we have access to based on the type of delivery you require. Most stock items will be ready to ship in 2-3 business days, depending on the size of your order. Some "Made in Canada" products are produced once an order has been placed and require 5 business days or more to complete. The option to pick up your order free of charge from our Toronto location is also available. You will be notified once your order is ready for pick up. Items will be shipped out using our courier of choice and requires the following number of business days from the shipping date, for delivery: GTA and surrounding areas: Next business day Ontario (excluding GTA and surrounding areas): 2 Business Days Manitoba, Quebec: 2 - 3 Business Days Alberta, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland, New Brunswick: 3 - 4 Business Days British Columbia, the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut: 5 - 7 Business Days
C.O.D. or terms based on approved credit (i.e. Net 30 days). We accept Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment as well.

Stocked items may be returned for a full credit less a 15% restocking fee and must meet the necessary criteria in order to be deemed acceptable for credit:
Items must be returned within 30 days of invoice receipt from InHomeLiving.ca.
Goods must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and unwashed.
These items are subject to a 15% restocking charge and must be returned prepaid.
If an incorrect item is shipped in error, the item can be returned collect to InHomeLiving.ca, and a replacement item will be shipped at no additional charge. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase order and invoice. Returned items must be accompanied by an RA number that is clearly marked on the outside of the box, and on a copy of the original invoice the goods were shipped on. If an RA number is not noted on the return, our Shipping Department will not accept the shipment and a credit will not be issued. There are no returns permitted on custom orders unless there is a manufacturer's defect which will be repaired and returned. Defective product may be returned for exchange under certain circumstances. Manufacturer's defects are returnable within 30 days of purchase from retailer. All supporting paperwork and RA # must be attached to the returned items in order to receive an exchange. All handling and care instructions must be followed exactly. If instructions are not followed, warranty is void.
Manufacturer's defects include but are not limited to:
Dye lot irregularities
Sewing irregularities such as open seams, fraying, remarkably irregular lines
Fabric irregularities such as separation of weave, cuts, holes
Excessive pilling - pilling must occur over entire fabric to be deemed a flaw. Pilling in local areas may be caused by excessive friction and
are not covered by warranty.
All returns, under any circumstances, MUST be accompanied by an RA # that is clearly marked on the outside of the package, and also marked on a copy of the original InHomeLiving.ca invoice. To obtain your RA#, contact our Customer Service Department at (416) 598-8965.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Only goods that contain a manufacturer's defect are eligible for an exchange. Goods must be returned using a return authorization number supplied by contacting InHomeLiving.ca via telephone at (416) 598-8965 within 7 days of receipt. All goods must be returned prepaid and in the original packaging.
Custom orders are non refundable. All orders and specifications must be received in writing or by fax to commence manufacturing.
A 15% minimum re-stocking fee will apply to all returns deemed non-defective.
Minimum Order Policy:
A $15.00 minimum order charge will be applied to any orders that total less than $200.00 in value before taxes.
All InHomeLiving.ca duvets and pillows are guaranteed against any defect in workmanship or materials, provided a cover has been used. The guarantee is void if the labels are removed. Proof of purchase is required for all claims. All items must be shipped prepaid for evaluation and repair.
